Ethan is a co-founder of North Atlantic Commercial Real Estate Investments, LLC, and specializes in the sale of single tenant net-lease retail properties. Ethan’s career in commercial real estate began in 2008 as an agent with Marcus & Millichap in their Boston office where he focused on the sale of retail properties, specifically single tenant net-leased retail assets. In 2011 Ethan left Marcus & Millichap to open North Atlantic Commercial Real Estate Investments, LLC. Before getting into commercial real estate, Ethan played professional basketball overseas in several countries including China, Qatar and Germany. Ethan resides in Portsmouth, New Hampshire with his wife Amy and their two sons, Aiden and Jake.

Robert is a co-founder of North Atlantic Commercial Real Estate Investments, LLC. Robert focuses on the sale of single tenant net-lease retail properties and shopping centers. Prior to North Atlantic Commercial Real Estate Investments LLC, Robert was president of a successful asphalt and stone products company and served as incorporator and director of Bow Mills Bank and Trust (currently Merrimack Savings). Robert spends his time between Loudon, NH and Blue Hill, Maine with his wife Sally.
